  • What is the construction system used?
    The construction system is Steel Frame, which involves a strong, durable galvanized steel structure. We have our own profile forming machine to assemble the frame structure, and we use FRAMECAD technology to design the engineering for each project.
  • Can the Tiny Homes be resistant to strong winds?
    Yes! The engineering is calculated based on the wind speed in the area (e.g., 140 mph, 150 mph, etc.). Tiny Houses are anchored to the trailer, and the trailer is secured to the ground or slab using the appropriate hardware, and the small homes are anchored to the slab.
  • Can I customize the design of my Tiny Home?
    Absolutely! You can either choose from our existing models or provide us with your own design preferences. We'll guide you through the process to create the Tiny Home of your dreams while ensuring it complies with all design and construction regulations.
  • What is the typical size of a Tiny Home?
    Our Tiny Homes typically range from 130 to 444 sq ft, and the trailers are between 16 to 32 feet long. They can have 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms on the ground floor or in a loft.
  • Can I customize the design of a Modular Home?
    Modular homes are standard designs that cannot have structural modifications, as they are pre-approved models. However, if you plan to build several modular homes, we can design and approve a new custom model for you.
  • What is the typical size of a Small Home (Modular Home)?
    Our Small Homes (Modular Homes) usually range from 200 to 1,100 sq ft and can have 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms.
  • Can I personalize the finishes of my home?
    Absolutely! We understand that each customer is unique, so we offer customization options to meet your specific preferences and needs. You can choose floor and wall colors, roof and wall types, and even design the kitchen cabinets.
  • How are Tiny Homes and Small Homes supplied with electricity and water?
    They are directly connected to the utilities available on the lot. The connections for these homes are the same as those used for regular houses.
  • Are Tiny Homes and Small Homes suitable for year-round living?
    Yes! Our Tiny Homes and Small Homes are constructed with high-quality insulation and efficient heating and cooling systems, making them comfortable for year-round living.
  • What is the estimated construction time?
    Construction time depends on the size and complexity of the design. Generally, it takes between 30 to 45 days to complete. We will provide a more precise estimate once we have discussed the specific details of your project.
  • What financing options do you offer?
    You can find the FINANCING tab on our website, where you can quickly apply for a personal loan (Tip! You can add borrower to increase the loan amount).
  • How can I finance my Tiny Home?
    Casarella gives private loans so you can have your Tiny home. With down payments of 50% and installments from $500. Prequalify with us and get your Tiny fast. Payments in 3, 4 and up to 5 years. This credit is only for the finished houses (not kits) of the Tiny homes on wheels product.
